Donna R. DeMarco, AAS-HIS (Owner)

Thank you for choosing me as your Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS). I will personally do everything possible to deserve your trust. I see this as the beginning of a great relationship!

I promise to treat you like an important individual, not a name or a number. I will take the time to listen to all of your concerns and find out about all your symptoms. I will provide knowledgeable, professional care with an emphasis on understanding hearing loss and help through amplification.

I know that it’s frustrating to sit in a waiting room, so I will do my best to get you in promptly for your scheduled appointment.

As your HIS, it’s my responsibility to keep up with the latest developments in hearing aid technology. That’s why I’m active in professional organizations and subscribe to numerous professional journals. As well as go to conferences in the lower 48 as often as time permits.

Why do these things? The answer is simple. I want to build a lasting relationship with you. My goal is that when you come to Accurate Hearing Systems, you’ll feel really good about every aspect of your experience and happy that you chose us for your hearing aid services.
